On Vicentine Coast

Day 1 :

Arrival at Lisbon airport.
Transfer to Quinta da Bemposta, at Porto Côvo (6 pm).
Welcome dinner at Quinta da Bemposta, with a typical portuguese homemade dinner, where some information about the trail will be passed to the riders.
Overnight at Quinta da Bemposta.

Day 2 :

Riding on horseback from Quinta da Bemposta through the Mediterranean forests. Passing by the dam of Cabeça da Cabra. An opportunity for horse and rider to get acquainted, while enjoying the wonderful countryside and preserved nature of the region.
At the end of the morning, arrival at the beach’s restaurant for lunch.
In the afternoon, riding in the beach and dunes, passing through the fishing harbour of Porto Cõvo.
Arrival at Quinta da Bemposta to diner and overnight.

Day 3 :

Depart from Bemposta through the big beach to the river Mira’s mouth.
Lunch with view over the river’s mouth and the village of Vila Nova de Milfontes.
Riding back trough the dunes to Bemposta to dinner and overnight.

Day 4 :

Non-riding day. You can enjoy the local beaches. Also a good opportunity to visit the local community of Porto Côvo, bicycles are available. Optional massages are also available.

Day 5:

Day 6 :

Riding through the beaches surrounding the farm with extensive sand and dunes up to the clif and entering the portuguese cork and oak areas.
Returning to Quinta da Bemposta for a late lunch.
Free afternoon.
Diner and overnight at Quinta da Bemposta.
